Terrific small apartment in a fantastic position. On the top floor (there is a lift)of a nice building. Bed comfortable, good water flow in the shower and a well equipped kitchen. Only 5 minutes from the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral and near wonderful cafes and restaurants. Supermarket, bank and McDonalds are close. Near the underground train, buses go by the door of the building and easy to walk to any destination. We would stay here again...

We stayed in Paris for 4 nights. We really liked the apartment and its great location. The booking process was efficient. The stuff answered all my questions by e-mail immediately. However, the door's lock needs to be repair. If I had been there along I probably could not open and lock the door. In addition, they left only one toilet paper (not full), which is obvious not enough.

We stayed in Paris December 2009 and found our apartment to be very clean and comfortable. It was indeed small, but it worked for us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. for European standards. The apartment was very centrally located, yet it was very quiet at night. We had several metro stations easily accessible to us and great restaurants within walking distance. We will recommend Goldenstay to our friends...

The apartment was fantastic! My partner and I were planning to stay in a hostel, which neither of us were particularly looking forward to, but then we came across Goldenstay and the apartment. The apartment was only a little more expensive than two beds in a hostel. The location was unbeatable. The apartment was small, but then we were not in the apartment much other than to sleep, so the size didn't bother us much. the location is very good, very close by the metro so traveling is an easy task, the supermarket, pharmacy and eateries are all close-by. The Notre Dame, Lourve, Etc are all within walking distance, another plus point.the facilities in the apartment is good.

the negative points are:

the toilet door cannot be locked,
the shower head alternator (the switch to choose between the tap or shower) are missing, the gutter seem to be choking and the main door lock is a little hard to turn. Oh, on..
